Shipping policy

Each Mini is handmade to order. Please allow up to 7 business days for processing before shipment. Business days exclude weekends and federal holidays. Carrier transit time is separate from processing time and begins after your order is handed to the carrier.

Mini shipping is charged once per checkout based on destination: $8.00 within the United States, $18.48 to Canada, and $21.95 to the United Kingdom. Other supported international rates depend on the destination country and are displayed when you choose your country before checkout. Guam and Puerto Rico use the $8.00 domestic shipping rate.

Minis ship via USPS Ground Advantage within the United States and USPS First-Class Package International Service overseas. International rates are based on packed orders weighing up to 8 oz. Estimated timing for U.S. Mini orders: up to 7 business days processing + 2–5 business days shipping. Estimated timing for Canada, the United Kingdom, and other international Mini orders: up to 7 business days processing + approximately 2–4 weeks shipping. Shipping estimates are not guaranteed; customs and carrier delays may extend delivery.

Tee shipping is charged based on destination: $5.00 within the United States, $9.99 to Canada, $6.99 to Europe, the United Kingdom, and Japan, $11.99 to Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, and Switzerland, $9.99 to Australia and New Zealand, and $14.99 to other supported international destinations. Tees are fulfilled and shipped by Printful.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, brokerage fees, or other destination-country charges that may be assessed after purchase. These charges are not collected by Pay No Mind Minis at checkout unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Tracking will be emailed when your order ships. Delivery dates shown by a carrier are estimates and are not guaranteed. If we cannot ship within the stated processing period, we will contact you with the option to agree to the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a refund.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. If a package is returned because the address supplied at checkout was incorrect or incomplete, additional shipping charges may apply before it is resent. Please contact us if tracking appears lost or shows delivery but the package cannot be located so we can help with the carrier inquiry.

Returns, changes & damaged orders

Because every Mini is personalized and made to order, all sales are final once production begins. Returns or exchanges are not accepted for a change of mind, customization choices entered incorrectly by the customer, or the natural variations that come with a handmade item.

If you need to request a change or cancellation, email us as soon as possible. We can approve it only if production has not begun. Once work starts, customization changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

If your Mini arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the customization submitted with your order, email us within 7 calendar days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. Depending on the circumstances, we will provide an appropriate replacement, repair, or refund. This policy does not limit any rights that cannot legally be waived.

Product safety & care

Pay No Mind Minis are decorative purse charms and handmade collectibles intended for ages 14 and older. They are not toys. Each Mini contains small parts and metal hardware that may detach and present a choking hazard. Keep Minis away from young children and pets.

Polymer clay and detailed areas can break if bent, dropped, crushed, or pulled with force. Avoid prolonged exposure to water, excessive heat, harsh chemicals, and rough handling. Inspect the charm periodically and discontinue use if the figure or hardware becomes damaged or loose.

Privacy policy

We collect information you provide when placing an order, joining the restock list, or contacting us. This may include your name, email address, shipping address, order details, customization selections, and messages. Payment card information is processed by Stripe and is not stored directly by Pay No Mind Minis.

We use personal information to fulfill and ship orders, provide customer service, prevent fraud, maintain business records, and send restock or promotional emails when requested. Service providers—including Stripe, Buttondown, Supabase, hosting providers, and shipping carriers—may process information only as needed to provide their services. We do not sell personal information.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any promotional email. To ask about, correct, or request deletion of your personal information, contact us. Some information may be retained when reasonably necessary for transactions, legal compliance, fraud prevention, or recordkeeping.

Terms of sale

By placing an order, you confirm that the customization information and shipping address you submit are accurate and that you agree to these policies.

Handmade appearance

Each Mini is individually sculpted, painted, and finished by hand. Product photographs are examples. Small differences in color, shape, brushwork, finish, and placement are normal and make each piece unique. Minis are stylized interpretations rather than photorealistic portraits.

Customization requests

We may decline notes or requests that are unsafe, hateful, unlawful, technically impractical, or that ask us to reproduce protected characters, logos, artwork, or another creator’s design. If a request cannot be completed, we will contact you to discuss an adjustment or cancellation.

Use and responsibility

Customers must follow the product safety and care instructions above. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pay No Mind Minis is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, modification, continued use after damage, or failure to follow those instructions. Nothing in these terms excludes obligations or consumer rights that cannot legally be limited.

Availability and errors

We may correct pricing, description, inventory, or technical errors. If an error materially affects an order, we will contact the customer and provide an appropriate option to continue or cancel for a refund.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply based on the customer’s location. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
